Heart of Palm+Avocado+Corn Salad

Ingredients
1 Can, Sliced Heart of Palm
1 avocado, cubed
1 cup Frozen Fire Roasted Corn
2 limes, juiced
5 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Optional 1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
Directions
In a small sauté pan, heat up the Frozen Corn over medium heat.
In a serving bowl, add in Cubed Avocado, drained can of Sliced Heart of Palm. Add in the Frozen Corn and the rest of the ingredients. Gently toss. Serve room temp or chilled. Serves 4.
