Heart of Palm+Avocado+Corn Salad




Ingredients

  • 1 Can, Sliced Heart of Palm

  • 1 avocado, cubed

  • 1 cup Frozen Fire Roasted Corn

  • 2 limes, juiced

  • 5 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  • Optional 1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped


Directions

  • In a small sauté pan, heat up the Frozen Corn over medium heat.

  • In a serving bowl, add in Cubed Avocado, drained can of Sliced Heart of Palm. Add in the Frozen Corn and the rest of the ingredients. Gently toss. Serve room temp or chilled. Serves 4.
